The Napa Valley Mustard Festival’s World-Wide Mustard Competition pits the tastiest condiments in the world against one another to decipher the best. In 2008 there were over 400 mustard entries from 9 different countries judged by more than 80 chefs, food writers, and mustard lovers from around the world.
Silver Spring has taken top honors at this year’s competition earning Grand Champion title for its popular Deli Style Mustard. Silver Spring also placed in the top three in four different categories.
