Kelchner’s Horseradish Products
Kelchner’s Horseradish Products, Dublin, PA, is the newest member of the Huntsinger Family of Brands. Since 1938, Kelchner’s Horseradish Products has been producing Horseradish, Cocktail Sauce, Hot Mustard with Horseradish, Tartar Sauce and Horseradish with Beets. Adhering to old family recipes and attention to freshness, Kelchner’s produces the finest condiments, which are known as traditional favorites in Pennsylvania and the Mid Atlantic region. Kelchner’s artisan horseradish products will continue to be made in Bucks County, PA and sold at supermarkets, seafood stores, and specialty food stores.

Bookbinder’s Food Products
In 1999 Huntsinger Farms purchased the trademark and food division of Bookbinder’s Inc., a famous seafood restaurant and specialty food producer based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Bookbinder’s line of condiments provides a shelf-stable complement to our Silver Spring refrigerated product line, a strong presence in the seafood section of retail stores, particularly in the Northeastern markets, and new opportunities in other specialty food segments throughout the country.

Thor-Shackel
A new member of the Huntsinger Family of Brands, Silver Spring will now produce Thor’s Hot Horseradish, Thor’s Nippy Horseradish Sauce, Thor’s Prepared Beet Horseradish, Thor’s Cocktail Sauce and several other labels. Both Thor-Shackel Horseradish Company and Silver Spring Foods have been privately owned and operated for over 75 years. Thor-Shackel got its start by selling fresh horseradish products at Chicago’s famous Randolph Street Farmer’s Market. Silver Spring will sell the Thor product line to grocery and finer food stores.
