Sassy Hamburgers

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg white
2 teaspoons catsup
1 tablespoon Silver Spring Sassy Horseradish Sauce
2 teaspoons Silver Spring Dijon Mustard
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Shape into patties. Grill on a medium hot grill.
