Rylee Gregorich is the Quality Supervisor at Silver Spring Foods, Inc. and is responsible for ensuring product quality and safety are maintained both in the lab and in production. Previously, she worked as a quality manager at a dairy plant and received an Associate Degree in Dairy Science and Agribusiness from the Northcentral Technical College in Wausau, Wisconsin. Rylee enjoys being a part of the sensory team because they are essential to supporting the improvement of horseradish and assisting the facility in focusing on making better products from the ground up. One of her favorite things to do outside of work is train horses, which she currently owns four of. She enjoys her horseradish in cocktail sauce with shrimp or cooking it with steak.
