Sarah Kolk is a Sensory & Research Scientist at Silver Spring Foods, Inc. On a typical day, Sarah can be seen running the gas chromatograph in the Research & Development lab, hosting a Zing Masters™ expert sensory science exercise, and interacting with flavor and preservation chemists to stay up-to-date on the latest food science innovations. Sarah enjoys being a part of the sensory team and witnessing everything that the Zing Masters™ experts bring to the table, including their high energy and enthusiasm. In her free time, Sarah likes to create new dishes and learn new techniques. One of her go-to recipes to include horseradish in is Supper Club Mashed Potatoes.
