Victoria Neuman is a Food Technologist II at Silver Spring Foods, Inc. She is responsible for developing new products, creating and ensuring the accuracy of labels and product specifications, and participating in trials of new products.

Victoria says participating on the sensory team is a great way to gain knowledge in the field of sensory science, while also providing a fun way to work on refining the palate. Outside of work, she loves to go hiking, camping, attend concerts, and spend time with her dogs. She also has a knack for redoing furniture and dabbling in photography.

Her favorite way to enjoy horseradish is in a bloody mary or as an additive to sour cream based dips.
