  • Cranberry Horseradish

Give Thanks Sliders

Ingredients:
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 ribs celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 pounds ground turkey
  • 6 oz. dry stuffing mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large package Hawaiian Rolls (24)
  • 1 jar Silver Spring Cranberry Horseradish
Directions:

Sauté onion and celery in butter until translucent.

Place in a bowl with ground turkey, stuffing mix and eggs, mixing with hands to combine.

Form into 24 mini burger patties. Grill until cooked, add each to Hawaiian Roll and top with Silver Spring Cranberry Horseradish.
