- Silver Spring Applewood Smoke Flavored Horseradish Sauce
- Top Sirloin
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat grill. Make sure the grates are well oiled prior to cooking to reduce sticking.
Rub steaks with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill steaks, turning every 5-8 minutes until they are cooked to preference. Use a food thermometer to test. It’s recommended to cook steaks to at least 145 degrees F.
Remove from grill, cover with foil and let rest 5 minutes.
Cut steaks into bite-sized cubes. Skewer 3 pieces and drizzle with Silver Spring Applewood Horseradish.
Serve in a Bloody Mary or as an appetizer.
