- 4 oz Silver Spring Chipotle Ranch
- 12 mini Sweet Bell Peppers
- 1 lb. Ground Beef, cooked
- 4 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Cut off stem end of peppers; remove seeds and white membrane.
Combine Silver Spring Chipotle Ranch, ground beef, and shredded cheese. Add salt & pepper to taste.
Divide mixture and fill each pepper.
Place peppers on grill over indirect heat; grill 2 minutes turning often, until cheese is melted.
Place on skewers and serve.
