- Silver Spring Beer'n Brat Mustard
- 1 can Crescent Rolls
- Mini Sausages
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp poppy seeds
- Parchment paper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a small bowl, beat the egg with 1 tablespoon water for the egg wash.
Cut the crescent rolls into small triangles.
Spread Silver Spring Beer'n Brat Mustard and sauerkraut on the pastry, add a mini sausage and roll up snug.
Brush egg wash over the top of the roll-up and sprinkle some poppy seeds for decoration.
Place parchment onto a baking pan before putting the roll-ups on the pan.
Bake until puffed and golden brown, about 20-30 minutes.
Let cool and serve or skewer for a Bloody Mary garnish.
