- 1-can cooked chicken (12.5 oz)
- 3-4 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- Prepared phyllo shells
- Silver Spring Foods Cranberry Horseradish
- Fresh parsley
Heat oven to 350 degrees (or follow ingredients on your prepared phyllo shells package, if it differs).
In large bowl, empty can of cooked chicken. Using fork, shred the chicken to separate all the pieces.
Add in chopped green onions, mayonnaise, and Italian seasoning. Stir with fork until blended.
Place empty phyllo shells on baking sheet. Bake for 3-5 minutes (or as directed on your package). Remove from oven.
Scoop chicken salad into each phyllo shell.
Spoon a small amount of Silver Spring Cranberry Horseradish on top the chicken salad in each shell.
Place a small piece of parsley atop the horseradish.
Voila. Your tastebuds will thank you.
