- 4 (8-inch) lower sodium whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup Silver Spring Chipotle Ranch
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1 1/4 cups chopped skinless rotisserie chicken breast meat
- 1 cup sliced red and/or yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 cup 3-inch-long carrot sticks
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
Place tortillas on work surface; spread with Silver Spring Chipolte Ranch. Layer lettuce, avocado, chicken, bell pepper, carrots and cucumber in center of tortillas; roll up and cut each wrap in half.
