- 1/2 cup Silver Spring Chipotle Mustard
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon dry onion flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon dark chili powder
Combine all ingredients, mix well. Brush glaze on 7-10 minutes before cooking ends. Add more glaze just out of the oven or grill.
Yield: 3/4 cup
