- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup Silver Spring Horseradish Sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill. Can be made one day ahead.
