- Preferred cut of steak (2)
- Salt & Pepper
- Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish
Take steaks out of refrigerator and let sit out for about a half hour. You don't want to put directly on the grill cold.
Whatever method of grilling you prefer, preheat your grill.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the steak.
If you have never grilled before, we would suggest reading the instruction manual for cook times. Cook to the desired doneness you prefer. Let the steaks rest for roughly 5 minutes after you remove from the grill.
Top each with a dollup of horseradish. Enjoy!
