Alisa Carlson is a Quality Control Specialist at Silver Spring Foods. Each day she oversees several areas such as receiving, inspecting, testing, and unloading bulk tankers upon arrival. Alisa enjoys being on the sensory team because she is given the opportunity to enhance the experience for our customers with new and improved products. Outside of work, Alisa loves to spend time with her family, get outside for sports and hunting, and attends Medieval re-creations. She even sews and re-creates her own 14th century clothing! One of Alisa's favorite ways to enjoy horseradish is on prime rib or roast beef sandwiches. Her favorite Silver Spring Products include Beer'n Brat Mustard and Cranberry Horseradish.
