Maxine Sturz is a Food Technologist here at Silver Spring Foods. Max's daily tasks include product develoment and using the Gas Chromatography to help identify the Zing Factor™ Heat Index. Being part of the Zing Masters™ challenges her mind and taste buds to detect flavor differences. Outside of work, Max loves to cheer on her two daughters in their various sports and other activites which include golfing, camping, and fishing - just to name a few. When using Silver Spring Foods horseradish, she enjoys adding a spoonful into a virgin Bloody Mary, though her favorite product is one of the newest her team has recently developed - Silver Spring Signature Sauce: Honey Chipotle Aioli.
