Molly Linden is our Quality Manager at Silver Spring Foods. She manages the Quality and Sanitation teams and oversees product compliance with all food safety and quality systems. Molly says being part of the sensory team is really interesting to be able to analyze flavor and heat. Everyone is different and has a slightly different perception when tasting. Being a part of the team helps to see how our customers react to different taste profiles. Outside of work, Molly likes to go camping, canoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, and enjoys cooking - this includes finding new and interesting ways to incorporate horseradish in her recipes! Her favorite Silver Spring product is Cranberry Horseradish and she loves adding it to her pulled pork recipe!
