Samantha Wood is a Food Technologist here at Silver Spring Foods. She spends her days developing new products, producing samples for a variety of customers, creating recipes using Silver Spring Foods products and being involved in plant trials. Since Sam works closely on product formulation, she enjoys getting feedback from the team of Zing Masters™. Sensory Analysis was one of her favorite classes in college, so being part of our in-house sensory panel is very exciting for her. In her extra time, Sam enjoys baking and cooking at home. She suggests an easy way to enjoy horseradish is by adding a spoonful to mashed potatoes, but her favorite product is the versatile Hot Honey Chili Sauce from Silver Spring Foods.
