Italian Sausage Gnocchi Bake

Ingredients:
- 8 ounces Italian sausage, crumbled
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy/whipping cream
- ¼ cup Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 pound potato gnocchi
- 1.5 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh basil to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Saute the sausage over medium-high heat, breaking it up as you cook, until browned (about 5–7 minutes).
- Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the chicken broth, cream, Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli, lemon juice, sun-dried tomatoes, and gnocchi to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Reduce the heat to medium, cover the pan, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Uncover, stir the gnocchi, then add the spinach. Cover again and cook for 1–2 minutes, until the spinach has wilted.
- Stir in the parmesan and basil. Ensure the gnocchi is cooked through and the sauce has thickened to your liking. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
