Mini Meatball Subs with Horseradish

Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen meatballs
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 Tbsp Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish, or more to taste
- 12 slider buns or small sub rolls
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- Extra Parmesan and parsley, for garnish
Directions:
- Cook frozen meatballs per package
- In a saucepan, heat marinara sauce
- Stir in Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish
- Toss meatballs in the horseradish marinara until coated
- Slice slider buns or rolls, place 2–3 meatballs inside each
- Spoon extra sauce on top, sprinkle with mozzarella
- Place the assembled subs in a baking dish. Brush bun tops with melted butter
- Bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and buns are golden
- Garnish with Parmesan and parsley before serving
