                                                            Ingredients:
- 2 zucchinis, sliced lengthwise
 - 1 eggplant, sliced
 - 2 red bell peppers, quartered
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 tbsp Silver Spring Beer'n Brat Mustard
 - Salt, pepper, chopped fresh herbs (thyme, oregano)
 
Directions:
- Mix olive oil with Silver Spring Beer'n Brat Mustard, herbs, salt, and pepper.
 - Brush onto vegetables.
 - Grill over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
