Garlic Parmesan Aioli

Buffalo Chicken Sliders with Garlic Parmesan Aioli

Ingredients:

For the chicken:

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken 
  • ½ cup Buffalo wing sauce 
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted

For the ASSEMBLY:

  • 12 slider buns/Hawaiian rolls 
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese 
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted 
  • Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli 
  • Optional toppings: sliced pickles, shredded lettuce, etc. 

Directions:

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, and butter. 
  2. Stir until the chicken is coated and heated, through, about 5 minutes. 
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F. 
  4. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the tops connected as one piece. 
  5. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish. Spread with Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli. 
  6. Pile on the Buffalo chicken, sprinkle with cheese, and cover with the top halves of buns. 
  7. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter. 
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then uncover and bake another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden. 
  9. Slice into individual sliders, serve warm, and enjoy!
