                                                            Ingredients:
- 
2 cups (or one 14-ounce can) chickpeas
 - 
¼ cup olive oil
 - 
1–2 cloves garlic
 - 
2 tablespoons lemon juice
 - 
2 tablespoons tahini
 - 
Pinch of cayenne (optional)
 - 
Sea salt, to taste
 - 
Water, as needed for desired consistency
 - 
Silver Spring Prepared or Fresh Ground Horseradish
 
Directions:
- Add all ingredients except Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
 - Add water as needed until you reach your desired thickness.
 - Transfer the hummus to a bowl and mix in Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish, tasting as you go until the flavor is balanced to your liking.
 - If you want extra zing, add a pinch of cayenne.
 - Serve with pita chips, fresh vegetables, or as a spread on sandwiches.
