                Ingredients:
                
- 8 yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
 
- ½ cup butter
 
- ½ cup all purpose flour
 
- 8 cups milk
 
- I small yellow onion, diced
 
- 1 8-ounce container of sour cream
 
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
 
- 1/3 cup bacon bits
 
- Salt and pepper to taste
 
- ½ tsp garlic powder
 
- ½ tsp onion powder
 
- ¼ cup Silver Spring Horseradish Bistro Aioli
 
                Directions:
				
- In a large pot, cover the potatoes with water and boil for 10 minutes or until soft. Drain.
 
- In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Saute the diced onion until translucent.
 
- Whisk in flour until smooth, then gradually add milk while stirring.
 
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer for 5-10 minutes or until thickened.
 
- Stir in potatoes, bacon bits, sour cream, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Silver Spring Horseradish Bistro Aioli.
