Ingredients:
Nachos-
Tortilla chips

Shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese

Cooked shrimp, chopped

Green onions, sliced
-
Fresh lemon wedges
-
1/2 cup of ketchup
- 2 tbsp Fresh Ground Horseradish

dash Worcestershire Sauce
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Layer tortilla chips on a sheet pan.
- Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack or mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.

Remove from oven and top with chopped cooked shrimp.
- Drizzle with cocktail sauce.
- Finish with sliced green onions and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
- Serve immediately.
