                                                            Ingredients:
- 
1 cup cornmeal
 - 
1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 
1 tablespoon baking powder
 - 
½ teaspoon baking soda
 - 
½ teaspoon salt
 - 
½ cup melted butter
 - 
¼ cup brown sugar
 - 
¼ cup honey
 - 
2 tablespoons Silver Spring Hot Honey Chili Sauce
 - 
1 large egg
 - 
1 cup buttermilk
 
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a 12-count muffin pan with paper liners or spray with nonstick spray.
 - In a large bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
 - In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, honey, and Silver Spring Hot Honey Chili Sauce until smooth. Then whisk in the egg and buttermilk.
 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined, do not overmix.
 - Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
 - Serve warm with a drizzle of Silver Spring Hot Honey Chili Sauce for an extra touch of sweet heat.
