- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 jar Silver Spring Cranberry Horseradish
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (or bacon bits)
- 3 tbsp chopped scallions (or 1 tbsp onion flakes)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional toppings: dried cranberries, nuts, shredded cheese
