Hot Honey Chicken Wings

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings (split at joints, tips removed)
- 1 tbsp baking powder (NOT baking soda)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 bottle Silver Spring Hot Honey Chili Sauce
Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray with nonstick spray.

Pat wings dry with paper towels. The drier, the crispier!

In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Place wings on the rack in a single layer, skin side up.

Bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway. Wings should be golden and crispy.

Toss with Silver Spring Hot Honey Chili Sauce in a large bowl once baked.
