Hot Honey Chili Sauce

Hot Honey Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (split at joints, tips removed)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (NOT baking soda)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 bottle Silver Spring Hot Honey Chili Sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray with nonstick spray.

  2. Pat wings dry with paper towels. The drier, the crispier!

  3. In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  4. Place wings on the rack in a single layer, skin side up.

  5. Bake for 45–50 minutes, flipping halfway. Wings should be golden and crispy.

  6. Toss with Silver Spring Hot Honey Chili Sauce in a large bowl once baked.
