                                                            Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1/2 onion
 - 1 egg
 - 1/2 tsp Silver Spring Yellow Mustard
 - 2 Tbsp ketchup
 - cracker crumbs (about half a package)
 - 1/4 cup milk
 - salt and pepper
 - 1/8 tsp nutmeg
 - 1/8 tsp ginger
 - 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 - 1/8 tsp hamburger seasoning
 
Directions:
Mix ingredients. Roll into balls and brown. Add a spoonful of onion soup mix for added flavor.Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add oil to the skillet.
Sear the meatballs for about 2-3 minutes.
Lower heat to medium and flip occasionally until done between 10-20 minutes.
