                                                            Ingredients:
For the Crostini Base:- 1 large French baguette, sliced into ½ inch rounds
 - ¼ cup olive oil
 - ¼ cup butter, melted
 
- ½ lb thinly shaved leftover prime rib or seared ribeye (very rare)
 - ¼ cup Silver Spring Horseradish Sauce
 - 1 cup baby arugula
 - ¼ package fried shallots (or French fried onions)
 
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Melt butter and combine with olive oil. Brush baguette rounds with the mixture and bake until lightly toasted, about 5-6 minutes.
 - Add a small stack of shaved prime rib to each crostini. Return to the oven for 1-2 minutes to warm.
 - Top each crostini with a few arugula leaves, a half teaspoon of Silver Spring Horseradish Sauce, and a sprinkle of fried shallots. Serve warm.
