- 2 oz gin
- 1 teaspoon Silver Spring Cranberry Horseradish
- 2 oz cranberry juice
- 5 oz ginger beer

- Fill a copper mule mug to the rim with ice. Spoon the cranberry horseradish into the mug and pour the gin, cranberry juice, and ginger beer over ice. Stir with a bar spoon until the copper mug begins to sweat. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs, lime wedges, and fresh cranberries.
- Undertones of pungent horseradish root score the bite from the ginger in this mule. Sweet cranberry rounds out the herbal flavors from the gin, and lime and rosemary bring balance to this complex cocktail.
