Butternut Squash Flatbread

Hot Honey Chili Sauce

Butternut Squash Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 1 small butternut squash, peeled and sliced thin 
  • 1 flatbread or naan 
  • 1/3 cup ricotta or goat cheese 
  • 1/2 red onion, caramelized 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • Silver Spring Hot Honey Chili Sauce
  • Optional: fresh thyme or arugula

Directions:

  1. Roast squash slices with olive oil at 400°F for 20 minutes. 
  2. Top flatbread with cheese, squash, caramelized onion. 
  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes until warm and golden. 
  4. Drizzle with Silver Spring Hot Honey Chili Sauce and garnish with herbs or arugula.
  5. Slice and enjoy!
