Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef
-
1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
12 slider buns
-
6 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
-
2 Tbsp butter, melted
Aioli Trio

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper.

Gently press the beef into a rectangle that fits a 9x13-inch baking dish (keep it even for consistent sliders).

Bake uncovered for 15 minutes, then carefully drain excess grease.

Lay the cheddar cheese pieces evenly over the beef.

Return to the oven for 3–5 minutes, just until the cheese is melted.

Slice slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the buns connected as one “sheet.”

Place the bottom buns into a baking dish, then carefully slide the beef-and-cheese layer on top.

Add any optional toppings (pickles, onion, lettuce, etc.), then place the top buns over everything.

Brush the tops with melted butter.

Bake for 5 minutes, or until the buns are warm and lightly golden.

Cut into individual sliders and serve with the Aioli Trio on the side for dipping—or spread inside the buns before baking for extra flavor.
