 - Silver Spring Honey Mustard
 - 1 tablespoon of honey
 - 8 strips of bacon (cooked)
 - 12 slices of colby jack cheese
 - 1/2 head of lettuce
 - 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
 - 2 Roma tomatoes (thinly sliced)
 - 4 tablespoons oil

For Chicken Seasoning:
- 2 tablespoons paprika (smoked or regular)
 - 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano
 - salt and pepper (to taste)

For Butter GLAZE (Optional):
- 1/2 stick of softened butter
 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
 - 2 cloves minced garlic

 - Coat chicken in oil, then season with paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, oregano, and salt and pepper.
 - Add chicken to grill, cooking 3 minutes on each side or until chicken reaches desired doneness.
