Ingredients:
- 12 lb Bone-In Prime Ribeye
- Garlic Herb
- Turbinado Sugar
- Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish
- Mayo
- Black Peppercorn
- Pink Himalayan Salt
- Turbinado Sugar
- Fresh-squeezed Lemon
Directions:
- Cook the Bone-In Prime Rib to at least 125 Internal Temperature or to your liking
- Mix all remaining ingredients to make the horseradish rub & sauce
