Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skillet

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup half‑and‑half
- ¼ cup Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley, optional (for garnish)
Directions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium‑high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add chicken broth to the skillet and scrape any browned bits. Stir in garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add half‑and‑half and Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and let the sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes, until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer 1–2 minutes, then serve warm.
