Garlic Parmesan Aioli

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Brussel Sprouts and Bacon

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces bacon (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 yellow onion (diced small)
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 bags brussel sprouts (halved)
  • ½ cup mozzarella (shredded)
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese (shredded)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Add the brussel sprouts to a sheet pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Roast for 20 minutes or until crispy.
  3. While the brussel sprouts are roasting fry the bacon in a large pan until crispy. Remove bacon from pan and drain most of the bacon fat leaving 1-2 tablespoons
  4. Melt the butter and add the onion and garlic. Cooking until fragrant and onion is transparent.
  5. Add Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli and heavy cream. Let simmer until desired thickness. About 5 minutes
  6. Add the bacon and Brussel sprouts and mix thoroughly.
  7. Top with cheese and place under broiler until cheese is bubbling 2-3 minutes.
