Garlic Parmesan Aioli Hot Honey Chili Sauce

Dill Pickle Pizza

Ingredients:

  • your favorite store bought pizza dough or make your own with the following:
    • 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F)
    • 1 package active dry yeast
    • 1 teaspoon white sugar
    • 2 ½ cups bread flour
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli
  • Silver Spring Hot Honey Chili Sauce 
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Dill pickle slices
  • Optional garnish: fresh dill

Directions:

  1. To make pizza dough whisk together warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes or until foamy.
  2. Add flour, olive oil, and salt.
  3. Mix until a smooth elastic dough forms.
  4. Place in a greased bowl and cover for 30 minutes.
  5. While dough is resting preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  6. Roll dough out on a floured surface until desired thickness and size is reached.
  7. Top pizza dough with Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli.
  8. Top with shredded cheese and dill pickles
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  10. Garnish with fresh dill and drizzle Silver Spring Hot Honey Chili Sauce on top.
