Garlic Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms

Garlic Parmesan Aioli

Garlic Parmesan Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. garlic (minced)
  • 1 package mushrooms
  • 1 shallot (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup parmesan (grated)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Hollow out the middle of the mushrooms. Dice the middle of the mushrooms and add to a pan on medium heat with garlic, shallots, and olive oil.
  3. Cook until mushrooms are soft and garlic is fragrant.
  4. In a medium size bowl, add parsley, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli, salt and pepper and cooked mushrooms.
  5. Mix well then fill each mushroom with the mixture. Place on a greased baking sheet and top with grated parmesan cheese
  6. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Broil for 1 minute if additional color is desired.
