Roast Beast

Ingredients:

Sandwich

• 2 lb thinly sliced roast beef
• 1 lb thinly sliced tomatoes
• 1c Shredded cheddar cheese
• 2c Lettuce shreds
• 12 Thin slices of tomato

Spread

• ½ cup sour cream
• 2 tbsp Silver Spring Beer'n Brat Mustard
• 2 tbsp Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish
• Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions:

1. Warm up deli sliced roast beef on skillet. Spread cheese on top of beef to slightly melt it.
2. While warming beef, make spread by combining sour cream, Beer'n Brat Mustard, Silver Spring Horseradish, salt and pepper.
3. Place spread on tortilla wrap.
4. Spread the warm beef slices and cheese on the wrap evenly.
5. Cover beef and cheese with 3 thinly sliced tomatoes.
6. Spread shredded lettuce on top.
7. Spoon some of the spread on top of lettuce.
8. Salt and Pepper. Then wrap it up.
9. Quickly press in panini oven for light toast.
