Salmon with Horseradish Sauce

Horseradish Sauce

Salmon with Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4-4 ounce salmon fillets, skin on (16 oz. total)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chopped, fresh thyme
  • 1 bottle Silver Spring Horseradish Sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place a wire baking rack onto a sheet pan covered with foil. (If you don't have a wire rack, just place on the foil on the pan). Spray the rack with cooking spray.
  3. Put the salmon onto the baking rack. Brush each fillet to coat, with the oil. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Bake for 15-18 minutes until completely cooked through.
  4. Remove fillets from the pan and serve with a dollop of Silver Spring Horseradish Sauce and the thyme. Enjoy!
