Garlic Parmesan Aioli

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skillet

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts 
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste 
  • ½ cup chicken broth 
  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced 
  • ¾ cup half‑and‑half 
  • ¼ cup Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli 
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley, optional (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium‑high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper and cook for 5–6 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside. 
  2. Reduce heat to medium. Add chicken broth to the skillet and scrape any browned bits. Stir in garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 
  3. Add half‑and‑half and Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli, stirring until smooth. 
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese and let the sauce simmer for 2–3 minutes, until slightly thickened. 
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer 1–2 minutes, then serve warm.
