Ingredients:
- Panini Maker (or you can cook in a skillet and place a heavier skillet on top of the sandwich to cook it)
- 4 slices deli ham
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 slices of your favorite bread (thicker slices will work better in the panini maker)
- Silver Spring Spicy Brown Deli-Style Mustard
Directions:
Turn the Panini maker on and spray with cooking spray. Spread the mustard on both slices of bread. Layer on one slice of bread the ham and cheese and top with the other slice of bread. Place in the Panini maker and cook until the cheese has melted and is golden brown.
