                                                            Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast or thighs, cubed
- 2 tbsp Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: chopped herbs (parsley, thyme)
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss chicken cubes in the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).
- Skewer the chicken and grill over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
