Add a comment: Horseradish Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons (or more) Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Optional: salt and pepper
Directions:In a food processor, purée vinegar, Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish and garlic. Gradually add in olive oil, process until well combined, then add heavy cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and more vinegar and horseradish. Store chilled in an airtight jar.
