Grilled Summer Salmon

Made With: Stone Ground Mustard

Grilled Summer Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tsp mixed dried herbs
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Silver Spring Foods Stone Ground Mustard
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 4 6oz salmon filets
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vineger, garlic, Silver Spring Foods Stone Ground Mustard, and dried herbs in a bowl.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Brush each side of the salmon fillet with mixture.
  4. Grill salmon at 450-500 degrees for 8 minutes on each side.
