1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined (and/or tuna/crab)
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: paprika for garnish
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, celery, red onion, Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Scoop out a little of the avocado flesh to create more space for the filling if desired.
Spoon the shrimp mixture into each avocado half.
Garnish with paprika if desired and serve immediately.
