Beef on Weck

Ingredients:

2¼ cups au jus
3 cups beef broth
2¼ - 3 pounds deli roast beef, sliced
6 Kummelweck rolls
Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish (to taste)

Directions:

Heat au jus and beef broth in a pan until simmering.
Add roast beef and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Lightly toast the cut sides of the Kimmelweck rolls under the broiler.
Divide the beef among the rolls, add Silver Spring Prepared Horseradish (to taste), and top with the other half of the Kummelweck rolls.
Serve with au jus for dipping.
