                                                            Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes
 - Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 2 teaspoons dried herbs of your choosing
 - salt and pepper to taste
 
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
 - Dice potatoes into 1” cubes.
 - Toss potatoes with olive oil, herbs, and seasonings.
 - Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until browned and tender.
 - Drizzle Silver Spring Garlic Parmesan Aioli over potatoes and enjoy!
